Every morning I go for a walk with my pet for 45 minutes and return home, but before leaving I wear Prudential Invisible to avoid any accidents. I am a business woman and due to my activity I am out and about a lot. I also like to attend several centers in which I can share, talk and distract myself in the company of other seniors doing either exercises or crafts.
